TrinityOne Physical Therapy

I have been blessed to have worked in the field of physical therapy for the last 20 years.  I began my career as a physical therapist assistant (Shawnee State University, 2000) and 9 years later went back to school to complete my Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (University of Findlay, 2009) and then Doctorate degree of Physical Therapy (University of Kentucky, 2011).  My career started, and has always stayed, here, in our community, serving my friends, family, and neighbors. It has always been, and continues to be, my passion to serve our community and provide the most skilled, evidenced based treatment interventions to our area, so community members do not have to travel far from home to receive exceptional physical therapy services.  I hold a certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialities as a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist.  This designation has afforded me advanced education and experience in disorders of the muscles, spine, and joints.  I specialize in manual therapy including joint mobilization/manipulation, dry needling, Myokinesthetic System, Mulligan Concept, Kinesiotaping, diagnosis and treatment of complex pathologies, and custom foot orthotics.

In July 2017 we opened TrinityOne Physical Therapy as a leap of faith with a mission of providing exceptional, individualized care to every patient we have the privilege to serve. As Christians we believe that life is a precious gift of God and want to help people by eliminating pain and improving function to enable our patients to make the most of the time we each are given. Our vision is to make Physical Therapy primary care for mobility and functional impairments by increasing public accessibility; providing expert, evidence-based care; and making care affordable. To accomplish this goal we had to go outside convention. We found that access to physical therapy is increasingly limited by individuals not being under the care of a physician to refer them to PT, insurance restrictions, and the care is compromised by corporate bottom lines. To break down these barriers TrinityOne is a direct access, direct pay clinic. People can come to us on their own without insurance or a referral and receive the care they need it, when they need it and move on!
