Let me start off by saying, I sell cars.  When people hear this, many times, they think of slimy sales people trying to talk them into something they don't want.  From the first day, I decided that I would make the entire car shopping experience something different from what people expect.  I am a problem solver.  My customers have a problem and I am only there to help them find the solution to that problem.  I have never "sold" a car, only delivered what my customer ordered. When I first began my career in the car business, I planned on doing it for a year or so while my first son was being born.  Little did I know that I would still be doing it 17 years later.  I fell in love with my customers, the cars, the feeling that I get everytime I help someone find that perfect vehicle.  My customers pay me in smiles and my company exchanges money for those smiles.  I spent the first 16 years of my career at Glockner in Portsmouth.  In July of 2015, I decided to broaden the base of people that I could serve.  I made the move the the Nourse Chillicothe Automall in Chillicothe, OH.  I loved working at Glockner, but had no clue how amazing the Nourse family is to work for.  Being a part of a dealership that is in the top 7% of volume dealers in the country is a rare opportunity that I never expected.  A company that allows you to give 100% customer service while knowing they will always back their product and give you the confidence to let your customer have that piece of mind that they want when making such a huge purchase.  Long story short, I love the car business, my current customers, my future customers and my company...Nourse Chillicothe Automall!  I thank Jesus every day for leading me to Nourse.  If you see me driving, follow me to Nourse for a great deal and an amazing buying experience.  I promise you won't be disappointed!
